1. Services Offered
MrGloww provides professional vehicle cleaning and maintenance services through subscription-based plans.
Our services may include:
- Exterior car cleaning
- Interior vacuum cleaning
- Dashboard cleaning and polishing
- Tyre, trim, and bumper cleaning
- Scheduled maintenance cleaning as per the selected plan
2. Service Frequency
Service frequency depends on the subscription plan selected:
- Daily Plan: Up to 6 cleaning visits per week
- Interior Cleaning: Typically performed once per week
MrGloww reserves the right to adjust schedules due to operational requirements or weather conditions.
3. Vehicle Access
For interior cleaning services:
- Customers must provide vehicle keys at the scheduled service time.
- If vehicle access is unavailable, only exterior cleaning may be performed.
- Such visits may be considered completed for billing and scheduling purposes.
4. Service Personnel
- A trained MrGloww service professional will be assigned to your location.
- Personnel assignments may change due to leave, transfers, or operational requirements.
- Replacement personnel may be assigned without prior approval when necessary.
5. Missed or Rescheduled Services
If MrGloww is unable to provide a scheduled service:
- A replacement service professional may be assigned.
- The service may be rescheduled.
- Service credits may be issued where applicable.
Service credits can only be used during an active subscription period.
6. Customer Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Service cancellations should be requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Requests made after the notice period may be treated as completed visits.
- If the vehicle is unavailable at the scheduled location, the visit may be considered utilized.
7. Holidays & Service Interruptions
Services may be unavailable on:
- Weekly off days
- Public holidays
- Government-declared holidays
- Emergency closures
Customers will be notified whenever reasonably possible.
8. Weather & Force Majeure
Services may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled due to:
- Heavy rainfall
- Flooding
- Natural disasters
- Curfews
- Civil disturbances
- Any event beyond MrGloww's reasonable control
MrGloww shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by such events.
9. Subscription & Renewals
- Subscriptions begin on the date of the first completed service.
- Plans renew according to the selected billing cycle.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment before renewal dates.
- Services may be suspended for overdue payments.
10. Pricing
- Service charges are based on the selected plan.
- Prices may change due to operational or market conditions.
- Customers will be informed before any significant pricing changes take effect.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
- Ensure safe access to the vehicle.
- Remove valuables before service.
- Verify the identity of service personnel when handing over keys.
- Report concerns promptly through official support channels.
12. Safety & Security
For your protection:
- Do not leave cash, jewellery, documents, electronics, or other valuables inside the vehicle.
- MrGloww is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
- Customers should verify assigned service personnel before handing over keys.
13. Limitation of Liability
MrGloww shall not be responsible for:
- Dust, dirt, rain, bird droppings, or environmental conditions affecting the vehicle after cleaning.
- Damage caused by pre-existing defects or loose accessories.
- Items left inside the vehicle.
- Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
Any service-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
14. Privacy & Data Usage
By using MrGloww services, you consent to the collection and processing of:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Vehicle details
- Payment-related information
- App usage and device information
Your information is used solely for service delivery, communication, payment processing, and service improvement.
MrGloww does not sell customer data to third parties.
15. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect customer information. However, no electronic system can guarantee complete security.
16. Changes to Terms
MrGloww may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
